I will discuss a Buser type and a Lichnerowicz type eigenvalue estimates for the magnetic Laplacian on a closed Riemannian manifold. Those are motivated by our previous explorations on eigenvalue estimates of discrete magnetic Laplacian on finite graphs. This talk is based on joint works with Michela Egidi (Chemnitz), Florentin Muench (Potsdam), and Norbert Peyerimhoff (Durham).
