The employee representatives is a group consisting of at least two members of the department council with voting power and two further representatives from the group of mid-level faculty members. This group consists of doctoral students and postdocs in the institute for mathematics. The representatives advance the interests of this group . Furthermore, the representative also answer possible questions of the employees about the institute.

We have created a short guide for the employees to help them before and during their tenure at the institute. The document will be modified regularly. Feedback from you could also help us improve this guide and will, thus, be appreciated.
