Higher Kazhdan projections and delocalised ℓ2-Betti numbers

We introduce the K-theory class of higher Kazhdan projections and its relation with a variant of Lott's delocalised ℓ²-Betti numbers. We will also relate the K-theory class of higher Kazhdan projections with the Euler class under the Baum-Connes assembly map over a small class of examples. This is joint work with Sanaz Pooya.
