Before your Bachelor's lectures begin, there will be a supplementary course in Mathematics for students who want to refresh their fundamentals in school-level Mathematics. The course will be two weeks long with daily lectures and exercises. It will be in German.
The supplementary course for new students in Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Education in Mathematics or Physics will take place
from Monday, September 30 to Friday, October 11, 2019 on Campus Golm, Buildings 5 and 12.

We will welcome our new students to the Institute of Mathematics with a Welcome Lecture at the start of Winter Semester. The Chair of the Institute as well as its staff and representatives of the Student Association will introduce themselves and prepare the students with all necessary information for a smooth start in their studies.
The Welcome Lecture for all new students in Mathematics (Bachelor's of Science and Bachelor's of Education) will take place on
Tuesday, October 1, 2019, 9.00 a.m. at Campus Golm, Building 10, Room 0.25.
In the first week of the semester, all new students in the Bachelor of Science will receive their Faculty Mentor. Please get in touch with your mentor as soon as possible, once this happens.
